CHURCH SERVICES

At St Matthew’s Church on Sunday morning, the vicar will preach on “The Beloved Physician,” and in the evening on “Love Never Faileth.” The confirmation class will be held at 4 p.m. Services will also be held at Kuripuni, Taueru, Rangitumau and Kopuaranga. The services in the Methodist Church tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev Frederick J. Parker, the subjects being: “Our Work for God” and “Is Jesus Leader or Lord?” At the Kuripuni Methodist Church tomorrow, Pastor C. H. Skuse will conduct special Spring services, speaking on “Sowing the Seed” in the morning, and “Finding God in Nature” in the evening. The children are asked to bring flowers to the morning service. VISITING EVANGELIST. Mr Moneypenny, a noted evangelist from the British Isles and Canada, will speak in the Ruhamah Gospel Hall tonight, tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow evening.
