WITHDRAWALS FROM SPAIN. SOME PROGRESS ON BOTH SIDES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, October 13. A message from Barcelona states that the withdrawal of Republican foreign volunteers has begun, and the first batches have arrived at the French frontier. A Burgos message states that the Italians are withdrawing from the various fronts and embarking in four steamers which will be escorted to Naples by a division of the Italian navy.
