4 OPEN LETTER ACKNOWLEDGED BY MR SAVAGE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The secretary of the Dominion Settlement Association has received the following telegram from the Rt Hon M. J. Savage (Prime Minister), in answer to an open letter published last night regarding migration: “Have received your letter of the tenth inst. enclosing open letter, and shall be pleased to place your representations before the Government at the earliest opportunity.”
