SATISFACTORY TEST MADE IN LONDON AIR MINISTRY STATEMENT. GOOD RESULTS IN ADVERSE WEATHER. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.22 a.m.) RUGBY, October 12. The results of the small-scale exercise, held by the London balloon barrage on Saturday are, the Air Ministry states, satisfactory and useful. Inflating and letting up were carried out without a hitch under unfavourable weather conditions.'
