WOMEN'S DIVISION MEETING AT TIRAUMEA. (“Times-Age” Special.) There was a good attendance at the October meeting of the Tiraumea branch of the Women's Division of the Farmers’ Union. Mrs Hislop was a visitor for the afternoon. Miss Kathleen Moore gave a very interesting talk on her experiences at the Coronation which everyone enjoyed very much. Mrs Houlbrooke proposed a vote of thanks to Miss Moore which was carried by acclamation. The competition for next meeting is a plate of plain scones. ' The hostesses will be Mesdames Wallis, Wright and M. Robbie. Mrs Houlbrooke won the competition for the best Christmas article not costing more than Is. Mrs S. Raleigh was second. Miss C. Jewitt won the raffle. Afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mesdames Lindegreen, S. Raleigh and C. Raleigh. Personal. Mr and Mrs T. Moss and Miss Moss have been the guests of Mr and Mrs W. Moss. Newman. Miss H. Jesson (Wellington) was the guest of her parents for the weekend.
