The Attorney-General has decided that no further proceedings shall be taken against Eric Campbell, H. W. Lloyd and R. A. Duesbury. The three accused were acquitted on a charge of conspiracy to defraud the creditors of Du Menier Laboratories Ltd., and a message on Saturday stated that immediately after the conclusion of the case were charged with conspiracy to falsify certain books of a public company, and pleaded not guilty, and were remanded for trial.
