Mean temperature for month, 50.6 (49.6); absolute grass minimum, 22.1 on 7th (16.5); average grass minimum, 34.0 (33.9); average at 1 foot underground, 146.5 (49.9); severest frost, 8.3 on night of 7th (13.9). Days of frost (grass minimum, 30.3 ■ degrees Fahr, or lower), 10 (9); of gale, 3 (4); of thunderstorm, 1 (0); of snow, 0 (1).
