CARTERTON GOLF
TEAM TO PLAY MASTERTON. (“Times-Age” Special.) The following players will represent Carterton against Masterton on Saturday:—A team at Masterton: Goodwin, Booth Dudson, Fisher, George, Lawrence, Goodin and Taylor. B team to play at Taratahi: Steel, Moroney, Brown, Hart, Whitburn, Riggs, Shankland and Smart. Emergencies: Colson, Reynolds, and Steel, Jnr. The remaining members will play a Stableford competition, the draw being as follows: —From No. 17 tee’ Kiddie v Hughes; Roydhouse v Lawrence; Clarke v Harrington; Gustofsen v F. Hill; Krahagen v Barr; Candy v Knutson. From No. 15 tee: S. Hill v Aplin; Jackson v Callender; Lane v Barrett; Beaven v Fitzgerald: Harry v Booth; Tankersley v Dwane. The Carterton ladies’ draw for the L.G.U. medal, club medal, and Miss Fisher’s Trophy is as follows: —Miss Berrill v Mrs Orr; Mrs Moon v Mrs Callender; Mrs Booth v Miss M.
