RELATIONS WITH ITALY
FRANCE DECIDES TO APPOINT AMBASSADOR. (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) ROME, October 4. The British United Press correspondent learns from official quarters that M. Daladier has informed the Italian Charge D’Affaires in Paris that the French Government has decided to appoint an ambassador to Rome.
