COOK STRAIT AIR SERVICE DELAYED. PILOT DISLOCATES SHOULDER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, October 4. An unusual incident caused delay in the Cook Strait air service yesterday afternoon. The pilot of the inward liner, Keith Johnston, after landing tossed back a satchel containing the manifest to an attendant, the motion dislocating his shoulder. Another liner was sent from Wellington with a relief pilot to take over Keith Johnston’s machine while he is receiving treatment. ■
