WAR RISKS FALL
. FOLLOWING ON EUROPEAN SETTLEMENT (Received This Day, noon) LONDON, September 30. War risks rates fell heavily as a result of the European settlement. Rates to Australia, outwards, are now 5s to 10s, according to route, compared with £2 to £5 a few days ago. Rates to other parts of the world are also considerably lower.
