PRECAUTIONS IN BRITAIN ANTI-AIRCRAFT MEASURES. NO GENERAL MOBILISATION. (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, September 26. Officers and men of the anti-aircraft units and coast defence units of the Territorial Army have been called up. It is emphasised that the calling up of these units is a precautionary measure, distinct from a general mobilisation, which would embody 'the Territorial Army. The Royal Air Force personnel has been recalled from .-leave. The Observers’ Corps has been called up' and an air raid warning system has been instituted. It is likewise explained that this precaution does not include general mobilisation and applies to home defence only. DECLARATION BY DUCE ITALY TO PARTICIPATE IF WAR COMES. . The Berlin correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph Company says that the Czech police have arrested Herr Kundt, Sudeten Parliamentary leader, who has been in Prague for the past fortnight, also Herr Wagner, the special correspondent of the Scherl Publishing House, Herr ledel, Budapest correspondent of a number of German papers, and other Germans. The charges against Herr Kundt include the operation of a secret wireless station, whereby Berlin was informed of developments in Czechoslovakia. Herr Henlein and other party leaders arrived at Selb, Where they are conferring with a high army officer and a staff-officer and Black Guards from Berlin.
