PRECAUTIONS IN BRITAIN ANTI-AIRCRAFT MEASURES. NO GENERAL MOBILISATION. (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, September 26. Officers and men of the anti-aircraft units and coast defence units of the Territorial Army have been called up. It is emphasised that the calling up of these units is a precautionary measure, distinct from a general mobilisation, which would embody 'the Territorial Army. The Royal Air Force personnel has been recalled from .-leave. The Observers’ Corps has been called up' and an air raid warning system has been instituted. It is likewise explained that this precaution does not include general mobilisation and applies to home defence only. DECLARATION BY DUCE ITALY TO PARTICIPATE IF WAR COMES. .
