GLADSTONE

DANCE IN AID OF WOLF CUB PACK. (“Times-Age” Special.) An endeavour was made on Saturday evening to raise funds for the Gladstone Wolf Cub Pack by holding a dance in the Te Whiti Hall. There was rather a poor attendance but those present thoroughly enjoyed the evening. A beautifully iced cake presented by Mrs Wyeth, was won by' Mr J. Cave. The special thanks of the group committee are due to Mrs Cave, Mrs Wyeth, Mrs Morris, Mr L. Pike and the Hall Committee. The Pack benefits to the extent of £4. It is hoped to hold a further dance in the near future.
