Alan Durward Carlton was committed for sentence on a charge of failing to account for £l3O 17s 3d, the funds of the Wellington Freezing Works and Related Trades Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers. Accused was district secretary at the Imlay Freezing Works and failed to remit sums collected between September, 1937 and June 30, 1938.
