MASTERTON CLUB. LADIES’ CHAMPIONSHIPS. The Masterton ladies’ senior championship was decided yesterday afternoon when in the final Miss Todd beat Mrs Drew, 6 and 5. The final of the junior championship will be played today. PENNANT MATCH. WIN FOR MASTERTON LADIES. In a B grade Pennant match played at Miramar yesterday. Masterton beat Miramar by four games to three. The results were as follow (Masterton players being mentioned first in each case): — Miss Pearce lost to Miss Thompson, 4 and 3; Miss Murray lost to Mrs Creswell, 7 and 5; Miss Jury beat Mrs Albertson, 1 up; Mrs Fagan beat Mrs Collie, 1 up; Miss Jordan beat Mrs Hansard, 1 up; Mrs Plummer beat Mrs Griffith, 2 and 1; Mrs R. Burridge lost to Mrs Dykes, 5 and 4.
