* .LITTLE GIRL KILLED. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) TAURANGA, September 20. A tragic accident occurred in Tauranga, Joan Elizabeth Beazley, aged 7, daughter of Mr and Mrs Fred Beazley, Briarley Road, being killed. The child, who had a bicycle, was standing talking to another girl at the corner of Briarley Road when a lorry, backing out from a crossing, struck her and the bicycle, with fatal results. A sad feature of the accident is that the child’s father, a builder, was in the lorry when the accident occurred. The driver was one of Mr Beazley’s employees. ___________
