Arrangements to Ensure Secrecy BOAT TRIP ON THE RHINE By Telegraph.—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) GODESBERG, September 20. Herr Hitler, who is at present in Munich, accompanied by Herr von Ribbentrop and a large staff, is expected at Cologne in the morning, where he will await Mr Chamberlain and accompany him to Godesberg, which is decorated with swastika flags and Union Jacks. The programme for Mr Chamberlains visit includes a boat flip on the Rhine, on which it is proposed to hold the conversations to ensure secrecy. Police boats are patrolling the river, and a detachment of the Gestapo (Secret Police) has arrived to guard Herr Hitler’s hotel.
