POLES AND HUNGARIANS VISIT HITLER SELF-DETERMINATION ISSUES (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) BERLIN, September 20. Herr Hitler and Herr von Ribbentrop conferred with Dr Imredy (Premier), and Mr Kanya (Foreign Minister of Hungary), who arrived at Berchtesgaden by air from Budapest, and left for home in the afternoon after lunching with Herr Hitler. An official communique stated that the purpose of the visit was to examine the untenable position of Czechoslovakia. Herr Hitler reviewed German problems, and the Hungarians dealt with the irrevocable claim of Hungarians for the right of self-deter-mination by their oppressed compatriots in Czechoslovakia. Herr Hitler also held a conference with the Polish Minister, M Lipski. REPRESENTATIONS IN LONDON (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, September 20. The Polish Ambassador and the Hungarian Ministed called at the Foreign Office. It is understood that they are pressing for the secession of Czech territory containing 80,000 Poles, and 800,000 Hungarians. TESCHEN WANTED (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) WARSAW, September 20 1 A Foreign Office official told the British United Press that Poland will not recognise a solution which does not cede Teschen (a coal mine area) to Poland.
