MASTERTON RACES
POSTPONEMENT OF MEETING. CLASH WITH POLLING DAY. On account of polling day lor the general election failing on the second day of the Masterton races, the meeting which was to have been held on October 13 and 15 has been, postponed until a later date, not yet fixed. It was considered by the stewards that no other course was open under the circumstances.
