“You know Robinson Well, he owed me 10 dollars and I could never get it back. So when I heard he’d started a debt-collecting business I wrote and asked him to collect my debt of 10 dollars. He wrote- back and said that all his efforts had failed, and charged me five dollars for expenses.”
