LADIES’ GUILD MEETING The members of St Matthevz’s Ladies’ Guild held their usual meeting yesterday afternoon in the Parish Hall. Mrs Rich presided over a large attendance of members. It was decided that the annual sale of work should take place this year on Friday, October 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 4 Final arrangements were made for the “Apron Afternoon" to be held on September 29, at 2.45 p.m. The serving of afternoon tea brought the meeting to a close.
