TRAPPED IN BUYING MILITARY INFORMATION. (Recd This Day, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, September 12. Robinson Walker, an engineer, aged 42, was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment for obtaining from the Vickers Armstrong works at Crayford a plan calculated to be useful to an enemy. He had offered a works inspector money to obtain a drawing of a fuse setter. Under instructions, the inspector took the plan to Walker, who was arrested on the spot.
