WORLD RECOVERY
CREST THAT HAS BEEN PASSED. ACCORDING TO LEAGUE COMMITTEE. LONDON, September 12. The Geneva correspondent of “The Times” says the League’s financial committee considers that the crest of world recovery is past. The committee emphasises the connection between nationalistic policies and trade depression, and states that the present upheavals are resulting in bad trade and unemployment.
