CONSULTATION ESSENTIAL. AUSTRALIAN MINISTER’S VIEW. (Recd This Day, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Federal Attorney-General, Mr R. G. Menzies, interview on his return from Europe, declared that consultation on foreign policy between the Dominions and Britain was essential to Empire safety. He added that too many persons, even in Whitehall and Westminster, regarded the Dominion view on any item of foreign policy as a matter to be ascertained after the United Kingdom had made its decision.
