THE CLOTHES LINE
HOW TO WASH IT. If you clothes-line needs washing, wind it tightly round your washingboard and scrub it with a strong brush and plenty of soap in fairly hot water. Then rinse and leave to dry on the board, and when next it is needed the line will be neatly rolled, ready for use.
