KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR
YOUTH FATALLY INJURED ON HUTT ROAD (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Knocked down by a car travelling in the opposite direction to which he was walking along the Hutt Road, George Alexander Scott, aged 19, a Public Works Department mechanic residing at Petone, received injuries from which he died in hospital early this morning. The injuries consisted of a very large lacerated scalp wound and intra-cranial injuries.
