“GREATER GERMANY”

HERR HITLER WELCOMED AT NUREMBERG TALK ON “OUR AUSTRIAN BROTHERS” AND TASKS OF THE COMING YEAR By Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. (Recd This Day, 11.10 a.m.) NUREMBERG, September 5. Herr Hitler arrived at 11 a.m., accompanied by Dr Goebbels and other party leaders, alighted at a gold-drap-ed station and inspected the bodyguard, and then drove to an hotel along a route lined with cheering thousands. The station precincts were lined with Storm Troopers with arms interlocked to restrain the crowds, whom a second line of troops faced. Cold and, wet weather failed to damp the Nazis enthusiasm. Herr Hitler was welcomed by the Mayor as the creator of a greater Germany and liberator of Austiia. The Fuehrer responded: “Again the Nazis, this time of a greater Germany, meet to gather new strength for the tasks of the coming year. We are happy that our Austrian brothers are with us.” Is is announced that the regalia ol the Holy Roman Empire is being transferred from Vienna to Nuremberg.
