ARABS SURPRISED
FOURTEEN KILLED SOUTH OF HAIFA TROOPS & POLICE ENGAGE LARGE BAND. NO BRITISH CASUALTIES. (Recd This Day, 9.20 a.m.) JERUSALEM, September 4. A large Arab band, surprised by troops and police south of Haifa, gave battle. Fourteen Arabs were killed. There were no British casualties.
