FEAT BY SOVIET AIRMEN MOSCOW, September 3. Flying a small plane, the Soviet ace, Tyutyaev, covered the trip from Moscow to Vladivostock and back, a distance of 10,250 miles, in 54 hours. NEW GERMAN PLANE CIRCUIT OF EUROPEAN CAPITALS BERLIN, September 3. A new type of plane, a two-engined Siebel, alighted at Tempelhof aerodrome at 12.1 a.m., having completed in 24 hours, with brief stops, a circuit of London, Paris, Rome, Bucharest, Warsaw and Stockholm, a distance of 3900 miles at an average speed of 162 miles an hour.
