THAT “TIRED FEELING”
ONE OF THE CAUSES. During the*, winter our body! requires plenty of fuel, so that we may be kept warm, but if we keep consuming that fuel when the body does not require it, then our skin and health must suffer, and we have that “tired feeling” and lack pep. Drink at least four pints of water daily, and start the day with a gla'ssful of warm water. There is nothing to compare with this morning glass for flushing our systems and ridding the body of many impurities. Exercise, also, will help tremendously towards attaining health and beauty, and there is nothing better, nor more simple, than skipping. At least once a day, preferably mornings, indulge in minutes’ practice with the skippingrope, then, if possible, finish off the exercise by giving your body a rub with a rough towel.
