MILD FACE PACK

USE ONCE A MONTH. Once each month from now until Christmas you should have a mild facepack, and one made from bran and milk is excellent. Add enough milk to two tablespoons of bran to make a paste, then after thoroughly cleansing the skin, and whilst it is still moist, spread the paste over the face and neck. Allow it to remain on for 20 minutes, finally removing with cold water. This type of pack is excellent for skins in the spring, as the milk is nourishing, and will help build up the tissues, and the bran is soothing and whitening, and will thus help to remove any sallowness from the skin. Another excellent way of combating spring spots is to procure a teaspoonful of sulphur and a jar of cold cream. Remove the contents of the cold cream jar on to a plate, add the sulphur, mix well together with the blade of a knife, and then repot. Each night, after you have thoroughly cleansed the skin, massage a little of the above ointment well into the face and allow it to remain on all night. The sulphur contains marvellous healing propensities, and in about 14 days your skin will be clear and free from blemishes. Try one of the above remedies and look forward to a spotless spring.
