INSTITUTE FORMED TO FOSTER USE. LONDON WOMEN HELPING. LONDON, September 1. A company called the Empire Textile Institute,' Ltd., has been formed to foster the use of British textiles and other fabrics throughout the Empire. Lady Austen Chamberlain and other prominent women are members of the council of management.
