DRIVERS’ AWARD
HEARING IN ARBITRATION COURT (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, September 2. After a hearing spread over nearly three weeks, argument on the terms of a new Dominion award for drivers ended in the Arbitration Court today. Decision was reserved. The Union is asking that the wage increases be made retrospective to May 6.
