N.Z. CHAMPIONSHIP. MOSES AND HOLDSWORTH IN FINAL. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) DUNEDIN, September 2. The two semi-finals of the New Zealand amateur billiards championship were decided today. As a result the final will be contested between L. Holdsworth, title-holder, and S. Moses. Wellington. Results: —L. Holdsworth, 666 (including breaks of 59, 48, 47, 40 unfinished, 38, 31 and 30), beat A. Bowie, 583 (51, 41, 33 and 30); S. Moses, 666 (99, 49, 45, 34, 33 and 31), beat A. E. Redmond, 171 (18).
