NIREAHA DAIRY CO. (“Times-Age” Special.) At the annual meeting of the Nireaha Dairy Company Mr E. B. Terry presided over a good attendance. Pounds of cheese (factory weights), 1,075,644 (1,096,673); pounds of milk to make one pound of cheese, 9.505 (9.191); pounds of cheese to lib. butterfat, 2.4177 (2.5798); average grade of cheese, 92.15 (9L96); milk grade percentage, first, 99.838 (99.732); second, .162 (.268). The annual report and balance sheet were adopted. It was decided to pay a dividend of 3 per cent on paid up capital. The retiring directors, Messrs W. J. Manser and J. L. Daysh were re-elect-ed unopposed. Mr T. Bedding was re-elected as auditor. Personal Items. Mr P. Halfyard, of Eketahuna, is a patient in the Nelson Hospital, and he is reported to be in a serious condition. Mrs C. K. Scott, of Eketahuna, who underwent an operation in the Pahiatua Hospital, is progressing well. Mr B. O. Anderson will leave shortly on a trip to the East. Rongokokako Dairy Co. Thp Rongokokako Dairy Co. has declared a dividend of 3 per cent on paid up capital. Messrs W. M. Morriss and F. R. Littler have been re-elected unopposed directors of the company, and Mr A. T. Cooper chairman.
