Eight hundred thousand persons are attending the Nazi Party rally and at least half of these will sleep under canvas. Those who have arrived include 80,000 Storm Troopers, 313,000 “Political Leaders,” whose job is to instruct the masses in Nazi ideals, and contingents from the compulsory labour corps and the Hitler Youth, including 9000 Austriahs. TRUCULENT NAZI GERMAN ARMY THE BEST IN THE WORLD “GENEVA NO LONGER EXISTS” BERLIN, August 31. Dr Robert Ley, leader of the Nazi Labour Corps, addressing a large gathering today in connection with the Stuttgart congress, declared that the Ministers in .London and Paris knew that Hitler did not leave things to chance like the ex-Kaiser. “Germany,” he said, “is resolved to have the space which her numbers demand. She has the best army in the world. Geneva no longer exists.”
