INCREASING IN FRANCE. WAGES & LIVING COSTS. (Recd This Day, noon) LONDON, August 29. “The Times" Paris correspondent says labour unrest is increasing. Workers in the textile industries are irritated at their employers and complain of arbitrators’ alleged dilatoriness in considering demands for higher wages required to meet the greatei- cost of living. ■
