The Stock Exchange is depressed, owing to the foreign situation. British funds have declined about 3-Bths. Austrian and German bonds are easier, but Czechs are firmer. Oils, rubber? and mines are weak. The Paris Bourse also reflected the uneasiness of the political situation. Substantial liquidation countered Berlin prices, which further weakened, though the volume of business was not great.
