A copy has been received from the publishers, Messrs Arthur H. Stockwell, Ltd., London, of a song entitled “Lullaby.” The music, which is by Donovan White, has all the plaintive tenderness of the cradle song, and in her words Jennie McGregor has captured the compassionate love of a Scottish “mither” for her “bairnie.” The song, which is in a simple key, is well-printed and has an effective cover design.
