DOMINION BASKETBALL
CHAMPIONSHIPS AT TIMARU. TO COMMENCE TOMORROW. By Telegraph—Press Association. TIMARU, This Day. Twenty-three teams from all parts of New Zealand will participate in the Dominion basketball championships which will start at Caroline Bay tomorrow. The annual meeting of the Council of the New Zealand Basketball Association commenced this afternoon. Mrs H. Muir, of Wellington, welcomed 33 delegates and presented the annual report, which showed the accumulated, fund to be £641. The profit last year was £lO.
