CHANGES ANNOUNCED. (Recd This Day, 11.35 a.m.) BELGRADE, August 26. The War Minister, General Maritch, and also the Ministers of Commerce and Physical Education, have resigned without explanation. The Chief of the General Staff, General Meditch, becomes War Minister. It is officially stated that the changes in personnel do not imply a change in policy.
