SUBSTANTIAL PROFIT
TE AROHA RACING CLUB. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) TE AROHA, This Day. The annual report of the Te Aroha Jockey Club, which holds one meeting of two days annually, states that after payment of stakes of £6,000, Government taxation of £7,480 and expenses for the past year, the net profit' was £2,650. During the year, £9,000 were expended on buildings and road improvements.
