INTO UN-AMERICAN ACTIVITIES. MORE NAMES BROUGHT IN. (Recd This Day. 12.35 p.m.) WASHINGTON, August 23. James Cagney’s name was brought in at the un-American activities hearing, when Miss Margaret Kerr, a representative of the Better American Federation, testified that he was one of the sponsors of the American Friends of Abraham Lincoln Brigade Rehabilitation Fund. She also said that Congressmen Magnuson and Coffee were similarly sponsors.
