LEAD GIVEN BY BRITAIN PROPOSED INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE. - (League of Nations Official Wireless.) (Recd This Day, noon.) GENEVA, August 19. Britain has informed the League of Nations of her agreement to convene a conference to consider measures for the operation of ithe convention to facilitate. the circulation of educational films. Britain will propose at this conference that an international committee on intellectual co-operation be entrusted with the role given by the convention to the Institute of Educational Cinematography in Rome, recently closed by the Italian Crovernment.
