DEFINITE PLAN EXPECTED IN FEW DAYS. STATEMENT BY MR LYONS. • CANBERRA, Aug. 18. The Prime Minister, Mr J. A. Lyons, stated tonight that satisfactory progress had been made in the negotiations between the British, New Zealand and Australian Governments regarding the trans-Tasman air mail service'. It was expected that a definite plan would be submitted to the respective Governments within a few days.
