PERSONAL. t-(“Times-Age”. Special). Mrs Blamires, of Wellington, will address the Carterton meeting of the Lfc>'fiue of Mothers on Thursday next. EX-PUPILS’ DANCE The second annual reunion dance held last evening at the King’s Theatre, under the auspices of the Carterton school Ex-pupils’ Association was an outstanding success, there being an attendance of 150 couples. Ex-pupils of the school were present from far and near, and many took the opportunity of indulging in a reminiscent chat regarding happenings in their school days. Several novelty dances were held and enjoyed. The music for the occasion was supplied by_.Udy’s Orchestra: The M.C.’s were Messrs V. "J. Ashton and P. J. Reid. The honorary secretary of the committee was Mr L. H. Sorensen, who had all . the arrangements well in hand.
