BOTH PARTIES IN SPAIN TO CO-OPERATE WORK OF BRITISH COMMISSION (Reed This Day, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, August 15. Both sides in Spain have agreed to co-operate with the British commission for the exchange of prisoners. The personnel comprises Field-Mar-shal Sir Philip Chetwode, a retired consul, Mr H. C. Dick and Colonel R. A. Hay. The headquarters are at Toulouse.
