(Recd This Day, 10.5 a.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 15i After the Prime Minister, Mr Neville Chamberlain, had been examined and treated by Mr Bedford Russell, the following bulletin was issued, signed by Lord Horder, as well as by Mr Bedford Russell: “Mr Chamberlain has been suffering from severe nasal catarrh. Whilst in Scotland, symptons of inflammation of the nasal sinus developed, making a return to London for special treatment advisable. Progress, though necessarily slow,? is satisfactory. Mr Chamberlain’s holiday will be resumed immediately the. present measures of local treatment can be with safety discontinued.”
