DEATH FROM INJURIES
MAN STRUCK BY MOTOR VAN (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, August 14. While crossing King Street shortly after 6 p.m. on Saturday, Mr Samuel Perkins, a married man aged 56, was struck by a motor-van and received severe injuries from which he died on the way to hospital. An inquest was opened today and adjourned by the coroner, Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M., for a post-mortem.
