MINIATURE RIFLES. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Nireaha Miniature Rifle Club held the final competition for the W. W. Drysdale Cup. Mr C. Hansen was this year’s winner after a shoot-off with W. Manser, W. Terry and K. Death. The scores in the final were as follow: —N. C. Petersen 96, 1-97; W. Manser, 98, 2-99; F. Sigvertsen, 96, 2-98; L. J. Sigvertsen, 97, 2-99; L. Lilly, 95, 3-98; W. Terry, 99, 8-99; G. Terry, 77, 10-87; C. Hansen, 93, 8-99; R. Shannon, 84, 2-86; P. Sigvertsen, 88, 10-98; K. Death, 84, 15-89. Handicap limit, 99 TABLE TENNIS. At the “wind up” of the season held by the Nireaha Table Tennis Club a handicap singles tournament was won by Miss C. Davidson and Mr N. C. Petersen after a play-o'ff with Mr A. Rowden. CARD PARTY AND DANCE. There was a good attendance at the card party and dance held under the auspices of the Nireaha Football Club. The winners of the card prizes were: — Men, Mr A. Butler after a tie with Mr H. Eagle; consolation, Master J. Death; ladies, Mrs J. P. Petersen 1. Mr H. Eagle, club secretary, presented aggregate prizes to Mr Claude Goss and Miss B. Butler.
